WebI love the way the TPS camera works in Fallout 3 and New Vegas. It makes it super easy to rotate the camera around the player character, zoom in, walk around while looking at the PC from the front, etc. In FO4, you can only do that freely when your weapon is holstered, and even then as soon as you start moving you can't do it anymore.
