Webb22 sep. 2012 · I had the same issue with mine on #6, I had a "porosity pinhole" in the head. We put a new o-ring, old one was bad and we pressurized the coolant system to 22 psi and had no leak. Basically coolant was leaking in around the injector between the copper gasket and bore o-ring. I ran it like that for a few months until I blew a head gasket.

So yeah the 1-1.2mm washers would be better I'd think as they should deform more to seal the conical bore to the injector.
