The bottom left corner of Chrome may sometimes show a “resolving host” message when you try to open a web page. The intermittent issues have caused many users to switch to other browsers. EDIT 1 : uTorrent creates many connection that your router may not handle and it may become slow until a reboot (it already happened to me with a cheap low cost ISP gateway).
